Step 2

- Dive into Part 3 - Daily Journal & Monthly/Weekly Planner

- Start by planning your month and week ahead

- Then journal for 6 days. On the 7th day, review your week

Pro-Tip: Make sure that your planning is based on your Personal Analysis and Goal Setting. Whatever skills/goals you need to work on, these must be included in your Montlhy, Weekly and Daily Plan.

- Complete your Personal Manifesto - Part 4, any time after completing Part 1 and Part 2

- Your Personal Manifesto will give you a clear idea about your vision and the goals you want to achieve in the long run

- We recommend reviewing your goals and vision regularly to make sure you’re on the right track

More self aware after one day!

Very useful tool for anyone looking to better them selves in a number of ways. I’ve only filled out the first 4 pages and just by doing this I’m more self aware on the things I want to improve about my self but also much more confident after listing all the things I’ve achieved and like about my self! Looking forward to getting to the daily planner. Much recommend!

This is more than a journal. It includes all the things I was looking for in one place. I feel like all the main insights from all the books I read are compiled here, with very practical, actionable points.

I’ve been establishing my goals, things I need to work on and more. Writing on a simple daily to-do list has already helped me to get a lot more done and get over procrastination. It feels like I have a personal coach in one single journal.

I love the way this is structured. All the sections have a logical order and it is super easy to use.

I’ve just started using it and I look forward to writing on it every morning and night.

It really covers all main areas of self-development, from personal analysis and goal setting to mindfulness and gratitude.
